Vija & Tracey are life long friends who created Healthy D'Lights to encourage health & wellness by offering a natural & convenient snack of the finest quality.
We are both married & each have a beautiful daughter. We love spending time with our fur babies Molly & Zeus, and especially love having a good laugh!
We both have a social conscience & choose to donate a portion of our profits to charities who support animals, children & female survivors of domestic violence.
Healthy D'Lights care about the environment and the future of our planet, so we only use eco-friendly & biodegradable or compostable packaging for our bliss balls.

Tracey Jardim, Creator
Tracey started making bliss balls for her family & friends to encourage them all to make a healthy choice when it came to snacking. They loved them so much Tracey decided to take them to market and the rest as they say, is history.
Tracey has a background in community services as well as helping her husband to run another small business in the construction industry.
Vija Cah, Co-Creator
Vija joined Tracey in the early days and supported her to build the business to what is today. From humble beginnings making bliss balls at all hours of the night and running the market stall every weekend, Vija is dedicated, committed, and always keeping us entertained with her bubbly personality and great sense of humour!
